highL_unlensed_cl_template not included in inputparams file

Hello,

I'm testing some likelihoods in CosmoMC version 2016 before going to full cobaya. However, in my test.inputparams file I don't see the following line:

"highL_unlensed_cl_template = ./camb/HighLExtrapTemplate_lenspotentialCls.dat"

On the other hand, when I test CosmoMC 2018, such data file is already included when I check the inputparams file generated in CosmoMC 2018.

Where do I have to check to include this data file in the CosmoMC 2016 version?

Not sure, maybe it's set by default.
