Below are four short guided-discovery exercises I developed for a Cosmology Crash Course last summer, aimed at advanced undergraduates and beginning graduate students. Students worked on them in small groups for about 20 minutes per activity, while the lecturers went around to the different groups and fielded questions (similar to lecture-tutorials). Please feel free to use, modify, and improve upon any of these exercises, and please let me know if you do.
