[CosmoMC] ln(like) output from test sampler

Post by Luke Hart » March 29 2018

Dear Antony and all,

What is the form of the output of the lnLike from the test sampler?? Is it literally - log(Like) as it states in the code and readmes or does something else happen to it? Is it the same likelihood output that we expect from using the Planck likelihood??

It is - log(Like) including all likelihoods and any Gaussian (or other non-flat) priors.

And is that the same output that would be given for the clik_compute() output from the planck likelihood files??
