Dear all,
I've been grappling with some of the values in the Planck likelihood release for plik_...._TTTEEE.xxx and as you can see, there are lots of nuisance parameters which have start and proposal widths set to 0. These go with what the Planck priors are saying in Planck likelihood here.
What effects are actually considered from things like beams and the indices parameters when all their widths are set to 0?
Thanks
Luke

They are just fixed, in many cases to zero.
