We are pleased to announce the forthcoming workshop
"The Accelerating Universe: The Physics and Astrophysics of Dark Energy and Gravitation"
to be held at MIAPP (Munich Institute for Astro and Particle Physics, http://www.munich-iapp.de) from May 4th to 29th, 2020 (please note that MIAPP requires attendance for at least two weeks).

As general structure for the programme, we aim at discussing probes of cosmic expansion and of large-scale structure, and how to combine them to test the cosmological model. Different competing theoretical scenarios, both of the “modified matter” and “modified gravity” kinds, will be compared against each another and with the most recent observational constraints. Emphasis will also be given to the role that forthcoming and future experiments/observational campaigns will play. With one or two talks per day, the workshop provides ample time for free research and interaction.

The registration form and further information can be found at:
http://www.munich-iapp.de/accelerating-universe
The registration deadline is August 4th, 2019.

Every participant receives office space and stationery.
MIAPP provides financial support to cover part of the local expenses for all external participants. Additional support for families and for graduate students is available.
