suggestion for a new forum topic on available/forthcoming instruments and data

Hi folks!

Firstly, congrats to the folks who set CosmoCoffee up - awesome idea!

I'd like to suggest a new forum topic covering the sorts of data and instruments that are currently available, as well as those that are being built/getting funded. I think it'd be really useful for us all to get as good an idea of what is/will be observationally possible.

Presumably discussions of current data can go in the appropriate subject forums.

Yep, that would be great! I always find it really useful to have a general idea of what's out there, especially for impending new instruments.
