evolution of the perturbation differences

I have a question (better say problem) about the evolution of the perturbation with the loop for only one wavenumber fixq /=0 ( CalcScalarSources in cmbmain.f90 ), I have modified the files equation.f90 function dtauda, subroutine ouput, initial, outtransf and derivs) and modules.f90 ("definitions" and subroutine inithermo) to integrate my model of dark matter but when I compare the results obtained for a one wavenumber with the power spectrum I have discrepancies betwen the results,There are another files that I should change or what could it be the source of my difference ??
