Hi,
While there are public codes for N-body simulations (i.e. gadget) and creating initial conditions (i.e. cosmics, or Sirko's code), I can't find any public code that would
a) find halos and get mass function
b) calculate power spectrum
Could someone point me at some public code, or is it actually necessary to code these things up from scratch?

Hi,
I have been looking for similar things. I came across this page: http://www-hpcc.astro.washington.edu/tools/tools.html
It has several useful tools for simulations.
Also Szapudi wrote a code called eSpice which can calculate power spectra. And also it makes use of periodic boundary conditions in simulations. Its on his homepage: http://www.ifa.hawaii.edu/~szapudi/
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Cris
