CosmoMC needs scsl library.
How to install SCSL (Scientific Computing Software Library)?

In its website "http://www.sgi.com/products/evaluation/ ... age2b.html", there is a guide to install scsl, but Software Manager is required. Where can we download "Software Manager"? I search it in google, but I cannot find where to download it.

I assume you want to install it on IRIX. Actually, you really don't need the software manager. I do believe that the extension is .tardist, which is just a tar file. However, if you don't want to use software manager, you will need to install it using the command: inst. For more information, please refer to the manpage on inst (man inst).
