cmbeasy 4.2.1 release

cmbeasy 4.2.1 is available. The main purpose of this relase and actually
the previous 4.2 release (which I didn't announce here) are the WMAP 3-year likelihood routines.
They are available both as native C++ as well as bindings to the original Fortran packages.
Thanks to Georg Robbers for coding the C++ likelihood routines!
On top of that, we fixed some memory leaks and a bug in the drivers that didn't
allow the computation of cold dark matter power spectra without computing cmb anisotropies.
