If I assume a NON constant running of the spectral index (dn/dlnk<0 for the first 5 efolds for example and then dn/dlnk=0), how can I modify CAMB in order to get the Cl's?

You'd have to edit power_tilt.f90 to implement whatever initial power spectrum you like instead of the default.
