cmbeasy: Minor release 4.1.3

Hi,
Alex Conley spotted some bugs which I fixed in a minor release. As always, the packages are on www.cmbeasy.org
It fixes:
* Boomerang data was not included in the packages (don't ask me why I didn't notice this :-)
* There was a memory allocation error in the boomerang 03 routines which lead to crashes on some systems (unfortunatly not mine :-)
* Finally, there was a small error in the Sne Ia core routines.
