I would like to use H and tau as parameters in cosmomc, rather than theta and tau or H and zre. Comparing params_H.f90 and params_CMB.f90, this appears not to be a trivial undertaking. Or is there an easy way?

Changing from z_re to tau should be fairly easy: I'd modify params_H.f90 with the relevant bits from params_CMB.
