Problem with installing cosmomc with cosmobox (vagrant+virtualbox)

When I run ./cosmomc params.ini, I get this

I have followed all the steps but I can't seem to do the symbolic linking "ln -s DATA...PATH/plc_3.0 ./data/clik_14.0". It keeps throwing protocol error. What to do now? I need to run some GR scripts as tests (Could you help me understand everything including GR?).
