Adding an external likelihood in cosmomc

I added my new likelihoods to cosmomc and run the minimizer sampler. When checking the .minimum file I don't see any additional chi2 corresponding to my new likelihood, is the chi2 contribution corresponding to the new likelihood included in the chi2 prior or should it appear as an independent chi2 in the .minimum file?

I would check your output params .ini to make sure it is running what you think. If you added a new likelihood, it should be included in the chi2.
