Cobaya: WMAP Likelihood Code

I am attempting to use the WMAP 9yr likelihood code in combination with Cobaya (current version).
However the WMAP Software is written in Fortran. Is there somewhere a python wrapper that would allow me to do the above?
I believe montepython does have some wrapper but I it does not work with python 3.+ and I do not even know if I could just use it with Cobaya somehow.
I know I could use Planck data, but I am interested on WMAP for this case.
I hope the above makes some sense, I am just starting to learn about this.
