Cosmomc: problem with source clik_profile.sh

Post by Robin Wen » June 02 2020

Hi,

I was trying to install the Planck likelihood code to use with CosmoMC on a computer cluster. After I run the "./waf install" and then "source ./bin/clik_profile.sh", I could not use many of the basic linux commands. For example, if I type "ls" afterwards, I start to get "ls: relocation error: /lib64/libc.so.6: symbol _dl_starting_up, version GLIBC_PRIVATE not defined in file ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 with link time reference". I am wondering whether there is a problem with the "clik_profile.sh" due to improper configuration.

Thanks,
Robin
