CAMB 1.0.9: modifying redshift distribution of the sources

Post by Abhishek Maniyar » December 10 2019

Hi everyone!

I would like to calculate the cross-correlation of the galaxies with the CMB (ISW more specifically). I am using the version 1.0.9 of CAMB where the CAMB sources is integrated with CAMB. I would like to specify the redshift distribution of the galaxies as defined by Eq. 18 of https://arxiv.org/pdf/1109.0958.pdf.

Could you please guide me to the place where I can introduce this distribution? I see that in SourceWindows.f90 there is a provision to provide the Gaussian distribution function, but I am not sure how can I input a redshift distribution like the one given by above equation and calculate it over a range of redshifts.

Thanks for your help! :-)

Use SplinedSourceWindows as in the example notebook https://camb.readthedocs.io/en/latest/CAMBdemo.html (the source function does have to be smooth).
