Hello, I would like to know if CAMB or CosmoMC can output the 3\times2 Cl’s directly when a photo-z profile is given.

CAMB can calculate angular power spectra and cross-spectra for lensing and counts given window functions (but currently without intrinsic alignments). CosmoMC's wl.f90 implements an independent pure Limber analysis (but including intrinsic alignments) following the DES papers; see the DES likelihood for an example (this is also implemented in python, and in Cobaya).
