Planck 2018 Likelihood

Hello everyone,

Given that the Planck Colaboration has released the cosmological parameters from their PR3 mission on 1807.06209, does anyone here know when (or an aproximate) they will be releasing the Likelihood code and baseline data?

Thanks in advance and greetings!

Most of the data is already released (and the lensing likelihoods). The other likelihood will be released with the likelihood paper, maybe in a month or few months.

Hi Antony, can I just confirm that the DR3 likelihoods (data + code; so other than the lensing likelihoods) are the ones to be released with the likelihood paper (V) in a month, or a few months? This means that the DR3 likelihoods are not somehow 'mixed' with the DR2 likelihoods - I see this 'mixing' mentioned in https://wiki.cosmos.esa.int/planck-lega ... /Main_Page, and I see it being done with the foreground dust maps (some DR2 maps in the DR3 'legacy release' because of various reasons).

There will be new versions of all the likelihoods (or combinations of new likelihoods that replace old likelihoods). Some data-cut variations may not be updated.

Hi Antony,

Could you please give an update on the tentative release date for the likelihoods?

No idea sorry, at least another month I guess.

Hi Antony, could you tell me if there's any new update on Planck 2018 likelihood code?

It is now entering final internal review, maybe around the end of June.

As of today, the 2018 likelihoods are now released.
