To get help, you need to be specific: what you are doing, what error you get, what version of python etc.

I am using python to constraint some inflationary models parameters by using the planck chains. So, i should analysis the chains in this case by Get Dist. But, my pc is based on windows 7 and i couldn't find any specific solution to install GetDist library to apply in python. My python version is 2.7.
