Cosmomc June2016: using SDSS DR7 LRG or later mpk data

Hi, I am trying to use DR7 or later matter power spectrum data, but it seems that if I include MPK.ini, DR4 LRG data will be used by default in the lastest version of Cosmomc. I can not find the dataset for later LRG release in data/. I noticed a previous topic

where DR7 LRG could be included, but the dataset does not appear in the June 2016 version anymore. So I am wondering how to include more updated LRG mpk data in the current version.
