CosmoMC: Problem with Hubble constant

Hello everyone,
The interface between the SN JLA code and CMB code in cosmomc is through the inbuilt function 'AngularDiameterDistance'. This works with this JLA code as it marginalizes over the absolute magnitude and hence breaks the degeneracy between M and [tex]H_0[/tex].
I want to know if there's a way to set Hubble constant [tex]H_0[/tex] constant inside cosmomc?
Kindly point out if there's some mistake in my understanding or if my question is not clear.
