How to constraint a model with Plank data

Hi dear all
With your help I could run cosmomc and obtained plank density plots, now I need to constraint our theoretical preditcs with these plots but I have sort of problem. Because I have calculated and ploted our theoretical prediction in maple but these density plots are in linux as a pdf file how could I combine these two diagram? should I do the whole maple code in pyhton in order to obtain unified plot or there is adequate way to use these two plot as a single plot?
