How can I use just wmap TT, no TE or EE?
Does there exist flags like:
use_wmap_TE , and use_wmap_EE that I can set to false?

In CosmoMC currently there's use_WMAP_TE and use_WMAP_TT, but not an equivalent for EE. You may be able to do this by changing the WMAP options when you compile the WMAP likelihood, and/or adding a corresponding option to cosmomc.
