CAMB: nonrelativistic and massive scale factors

Post by Christina Kreisch » July 14 2014

Hi,

I am wondering if the 2.5 and 17 in the below equations from equations.f90 were found by tweaking or if there is some physical process motivating them:

a_nonrel = 2.5d0/nu_mass*AccuracyBoost !!!Feb13tweak
a_massive = 17.d0/nu_mass*AccuracyBoost

Thanks for the help.

The physical scale is where the neurino velocity becomes non-relativistic, but the factors 2.5 and 17 are from experimentation given target C_l accuracy.
