Dear Prof. Lewis,
I am using April 2013 version of CosmoMC and CAMB. I am trying to constrain the complicated equation of state of Dark Energy containing a few parameters. I need to take into account the dark energy perturbations. I have noticed that the equations.f90 contains the provision of incorporating DE perturbations for a constant w. Does the equation_ppf.f90 at its present state include the perturbations through w_eff(a) and grhode(a) [for the models of interests] or we need to do further modifications?
It will be great if you inform me whether the DE perturbations are already taken care of in CAMB and if not then how can we possibly incorporate that.
Thanking You,
With Regards,
Dhiraj

Re: CAMB : equations_ppf.f90
Both equations self-consistently include perturbations (though they are not equivalent). equations_ppf also allows for models crossing w=-1.
