Planck Sky Model

Has anyone had any luck downloading and/or using the Planck sky model? http://arxiv.org/abs/1207.3675 states pretty clearly that: "A version of the software that can be used for simulating the observations for a variety of experiments is made available on a dedicated website" (note the use of the present tense), but when I go to the website, it says: "It is our intent to make the code public as soon as we can. For the moment however, resources allocated to this project are not sufficient to release and maintain a public version yet. We apologize for this, and hope this situation is only temporary." And, indeed, all versions of the code tarfile seem to be password-protected.
