bbn_consistency with bbn data set

Could someone clarify if bbn_consistency = T must be set in the params.ini if you are to use BBN = T in the data sets.

and if i had set BBN = T , but bbn_consistency = F , this would be equivalent to just setting Yp=0.24 and ignoring the BBN data set even though it was set to be used?

use_BBN=T puts a constraint on \Omega_b h^2 and does not affect [tex]Y_{He}[/tex]

bbn_consistency = T just sets [tex]Y_{He}[/tex] to the value expected for each value of \Omega_b h^2 (with no constraint)
