calculation of power spectra from the WMAP dataset

What software should be used to calculate the WMAP power spectra? I've tried Healpix, but the output Cl's don't look good (very different from the one in http://lambda.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/map/dr ... r_v4p1.txt). Thanks for your help.
