CosmoMC: CMB peak shift and angular scale parameters

Hi,

Is the WMAP7 peak shift R and angular scale l_A likelihood implemented in CosmoMC? I want to use it to constrain dark energy models without having to do the full CMB calculation.

Is this easily available somehow, or would I need to implement it myself?
