[wiggles] patches for CAMB and cosmomc

Hi,
if some people are interested to slow down a lot CAMB and cosmomc, while using a lot of memory, there are some patches for that here:

Incidentally, these patches may also be used to deal with oscillating primoridal power spectra :)
