Has anyone tried to connect the the new SDSS data release (as outlined in 0907.1659) to cosmomc? In the paper, there is the 'helpful' comment:
"Throughout, we make use of the COSMOMC package (Lewis & Bridle 2002) to compute cosmological constraints using the Markov Chain Monte-Carlo method. A stand-alone module to compute the [tex]P_{\rm halo}(k)[/tex] likelihood is made publicly available."
I have downloaded this likelihood routine, and managed to get it to compile and run successfully. However, it is not at all clear how to to integrate it with the main cosmomc likelihood routine. Any helpful hints or comments would be very welcome.
Thanks.

The new SDSS data is now included in the Oct 09 CosmoMC release.
