cmbfast

Hi
I am trying to use the cmbfast with a file for the EOS. The EOS file I have have a running from 0.001 till 1 with uniform spacing. The total number of points is 200.
But while running cmbfast it is giving this problem:
computation stopped in dverk with the followingvalues -
