Two Postdoctoral Opportunities at LUTH (Observatoire de Paris-Meudon)
Numerical Cosmology Postdoc (1 yr):
A postdoctoral contract funded by the Horizon Project of the CNRS is available in the cosmology group at LUTH of the Observatoire de Paris-Meudon. The contract covers only 1 year and ends the 30 September 2008. A background in cosmological numerical simulations is required. Applicants should submit a curriculum vitae and arrange for three letters of reference to be sent directly to Jean-Michel Alimi ([Log in to view email]). The deadline is November 1, 2007.
Theoretical Cosmology Postdoc (2 yrs)
We seek to recruit a postdoc for two years in the cosmology group at LUTH of the Observatoire de Paris-Meudon. The cosmology group at LUTH has a wide range of interests which include the study of the early universe, modified gravity theories, CMB physics, dark energy, and large-scale structure. Candidates with a background in string cosmology and with interest in modeling of dark energy, modification of gravity and non-standard dark sector interactions are invited to apply. Applicants should submit a curriculum vitae, a short summary of research interests, and arrange for three letters of reference to be sent directly to Jean-Michel Alimi ([Log in to view email]). The deadline is October 29, 2007.
Requests for information should be emailed to Pier Stefano Corasaniti ([Log in to view email])
