Post-doctoral Fellowship in Astronomy e-learning

Applications are invited for a Post-doctoral Fellowship to commence in October 2006 or earlier. This is a special Fellowship supported by the Perren Fund of the University of London, with the aim of developing an e-learning initiative in teaching Astronomy. The appointed post-doc will develop software packages utilising the Astro-Grid Project([Log in to view email]), Head of the Astrophysics Group. The position is for two years (with the possibility of an extension subject to further funding). The salary scale is RA1A in the range: 22,289 to 26,470 plus 2400 London Allowance pa (salary under review).
