Hi everyone,

I am using the GetDistGUI.py for plotting results. When it loads chains it ends with the following comment, removed no burn in. Does anyone know what is a good burn in value to remove , is .5 good enough?

Thanks
Nishanth

I use 0.3 for standard cosmomc chain run settings (set in GetDistGui's Options, Analysis settings).

(note Planck chains are supplied with burn-in already removed)
