I replaced the LyaF likelihood code at
http://www.cita.utoronto.ca/~pmcdonal/L ... isq.tar.gz
with an improved version (not a change in results, just finer sampling of parameter space and an improved interpolation algorithm).
Thanks to Anze Slosar for pointing out the deficiencies of the original version.
If you don't know about this, it is a small code that more-or-less instantaneously returns the LyaF \chi^2 when you feed it a linear theory power spectrum at z=3.
