How to edit the code if I use another Dark Energy Model?
Recently I am studying constraints on Dark Energy Models. Now I want to use another dark energy model instead of CPL. I have modified the background part of the dark energy's EoS (Equation of State) in "equations_ppf". I am wondering if we have to modify the perturbation part too.

What type of observations are you wanting to use? If you want to do something with CMB or anything derived from the MPK you would need to update the perturbations as well.
If you are only using expansion history probes, then there should be no need to update the perturbations.
