Perturbed Klein-Gordon

Hey.

I am trying to find and changed the perturbed Klein-Gordon equation of quintessence. My question is simply where is it?

And also but as much important what the different variables (Camb code name) actually stand for in the Klein-Gorden equation (perturbed). I quite often have to look trough everything to find what the different variables stand for, and sometimes just guess by looking on the form of the equation and name tag.

Thanks for any reply for this question even that simple.
