Hi all,
I'm trying to set and run some N-body simulations of with Gadget-2 with non-gaussian initial conditions. I'm using the 2LPT initial conditions generator from 1108.5512 (http://cosmo.nyu.edu/roman/2LPT/). The simulation parameters are:
h=0.7,
Om=0.3
Ode=0.7 (Lambda CDM)
Ob_h^2=0.045
Lbox=100 Mpc/h
N=256
I have chosen 3 values for fnl in local parametrization: 100,0,100. However when I analyze the results from Gadget, i.e. I count the number of clusters I get, for fnl=-100 I find roughly the same number as for fnl=100, when it should be lower the fnl=0 case. Does anyone has used 2LPT initial conditions generator before and could help me find what I'm doing wrong?
