Units of the transfer functions in CAMB

Post by Riccardo Catena » March 01 2010

I am interested in calculating the radiation transfer function at every l with CAMB. If I understand correctly it should be saved during the computation in CTrans%Delta_p_l_k(1:1,l,IV%q_ix), which is its value calculated at the momentum ks(q_ix) and at the multipole l.

Which are the units of CTrans%Delta_p_l_k(1:1,l,IV%q_ix) ?
and the units of ks(q_ix)?

Thank you very much!
Riccardo

All wavenumbers are in comoving megaparsecs. I think the transfer functions should be dimensionless.

Hello--are the units of these variables 1/Mpc or h/Mpc? Thanks in advance!

Internally always 1/MPc. Only the output matter power spectrum and matter transfer function files have h/Mpc.
