Dear Colleagues,

Allow me to introduce myself. I am a cosmologist graduated from UC Irvine. I presently work for the US Federal Government as a Physicist.

Has anyone here heard of a Mr. Riccardo Storti of a firm named Delta Group Engineering? He and his collaborators propose some alternative pictures within the framework of general relativity, namely a "variable-index-of-refraction" picture and a so-called "Electro-Gravito-Magnetics" (EGM).

Have not yet had a chance to read much of Mr Storti's writings but they do give me pause as a scientist. He comes at this very much as an engineer, i.e. making very firm assertions about what is true as opposed to what he can rule out, although I think he is on to something if you look past the surface. As I am not 100% sure myself I would like to refer the Community to his works and invite your comments.
