Normalization of Cl TT

Hi,
I am using CMBFAST 4.5.1 which uses the default COBE normalization when calculating the Cls. I am curious how I can convert this to match with CAMB or cosmoMC normalization schemes. I am relatively new to this field.
Any help/ suggestions are valuable!
