CMBPol Mission Concept Study: Theory and Foreground Workshop

Post by Aurelien Fraisse » April 09 2008

We would like to invite you to participate in the CMBPol Mission Concept Study: Theory and Foreground Workshop to be held at Fermilab on June 23-26. This workshop is funded by NASA to prepare for the Decadel Survey. As such there will be very few talks: the goal of the workshop is to produce 5 separate papers to be submitted to the arXiv simultaneously outlining the scientific rationale for a CMB Polarization satellite mission.

The five papers will be produced by 5 working groups:

1] Inflation
2] Reionization
3] Lensing
4] Foreground Removal
5] Foreground Science

If you would like to attend please go to:
http://astro.fnal.gov/cmb

There you will find more details and a link to the registration page. Registration is free but you must register. We are already starting to plan the work. We hope you will be able to contribute; if so, please contact the organizer of the working group(s) you are interested in:
