CosmoMC: sigma8 as a fitted parameter

Post by Graeme Addison » July 08 2017

Is there a straightforward way to run CosmoMC with sigma8 as a fitted, rather than derived, parameter? For example if one wanted to look at a fit to only weak lensing or redshift-space distortion measurements without having to fit As and ns.

it's not implemented currently, but I think it could be done with some slightly fiddly work (and might be useful for others if you did it).
