Re: Running error in Cosmomc-Nov2016 version
Looks weird, did you change anything? Run "make cosmomc_debug" and run the debug version to get a more helpful error.

Running error in Cosmomc-Nov2016 version
Dear Antony,
After running cosmomc_debug I am getting the following output.
With only ./cosmomc I am getting the following output
I am using ifort 17 update 4 as well as update 3 with ubuntu 16.04. The code is also not writing .chk files in chains directory with checkpoint=T.
thanks,
akhilesh

Re: Running error in Cosmomc-Nov2016 version
Hmm, don't know.
Though if you are including BICEP you probably want compute_tensors=T if varying [tex]r[/tex].

.Did compute_tensor= T with varying [tex]r[/tex] in test.ini. Still having same problem. Is it related to compiler?

Re: Running error in Cosmomc-Nov2016 version
You might need to rebuild everything if changing compiler version.
Try the latest github version with ifort 17.4
