Hello,
Is there an estimate about how much memory/node one needs to run unbinned Planck runs with cosmomc?
I checked that for 8 nodes binned Planck-TTTEEE-lowTEB takes more than 8 GB to run.
One more question : Is the plik_dx11dr2_HM_v18_TTTEEE.ini file is fine to run with plik_dx11dr2_HM_v18_TTTEEE_bin1.clik ? I checked that the readme lists same set of nuisance params.
Thanks ,
Dhiraj

Re: Memory required for unbinned Planck runs
I'm not sure what the exact requirements are. But the likelihoods don't need that much memory per instance, though of course if you run lots of MPI instances on the same node it will use proportionally more.
I think the 1bin and binned input files should be compatible.
