can't register

I registered initially (as Pasha Bolokhov), but the email address I used was not receiving email at that time. So the activation link or code that was sent just went nowhere. Consequently, now I can't neither login nor change the password nor activate the account. Could you please "unfreeze" it -- say, resend the activation link?
