Input an observational power spectrum in CosmoMC

Post by SAVIN SHYNU VARGHESE » November 04 2014

Hi all,
I have to give an observational power spectrum as an input to CosmoMC so that I can estimate cosmological parameters from it.Where do I have the option to input this file?

Thank you

You can't just input the power spectrum but you have to add your likelihood in order to get estimate the cosmological parameter.

check this query:

or check the supernovae likelihood in the source directory to see how it is implemented.

If you have a new input matter power spectrum that you are wanting to use. You can use the existing mpk.f90 and create a dataset using the various sdss_lrgDR4 dataset files as examples.
